By registering an account on bitwin, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bitwin platform (collectively referred to as "the Service"), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of bitwin services, including visitors browsing the platform without a registered account.

bitwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details or via an on-platform notice. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. bitwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bitwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. bitwin will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bitwin support immediately at [email protected]. bitwin will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

bitwin strongly recommends that all players use a strong, unique password for their account and enable two-factor authentication where the feature is available on their device.

All deposits on bitwin are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. bitwin does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are beyond bitwin's control.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) online transfer, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank internet banking. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and bitwin does not guarantee that all methods listed will be available at all times.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed to the source account and the depositing account may be suspended pending review.

bitwin employs industry-standard fraud detection systems. If a deposit is flagged as potentially fraudulent or is subject to a payment dispute initiated by the depositing party, bitwin reserves the right to freeze the corresponding account balance until the dispute is resolved.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bitwin account. bitwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Before processing a withdrawal, bitwin may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) if you have not already done so. Standard verification documents include a government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method ownership. Verified accounts using bKash or Nagad as their withdrawal method typically receive funds on the same business day. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

bitwin reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending bonus wagering requirement on the account balance, or an unresolved dispute. In all cases, bitwin will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.

bitwin may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bitwin promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.
• bitwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be contacted individually.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or using automated systems to meet wagering requirements — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All sports bets placed on bitwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the bitwin sportsbook. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. bitwin does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available after the bet has been submitted for processing.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network availability and real-time market availability. bitwin does not accept liability for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• bitwin reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event for which the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and other listed competitions — are subject to the ICC rules governing the relevant competition. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, bitwin will apply standard cricket betting settlement rules as published in the sportsbook help section.

bitwin does not tolerate match-fixing or the placement of bets based on inside information. Any account found to be engaging in such activity will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

All casino games available on bitwin — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and instant-win games — are operated by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bitwin:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using bitwin for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, meet wagering requirements, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any way. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to bitwin support and will not be honoured.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a match, event, or competition outcome.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit after it has been used for wagering purposes.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing bitwin staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the bitwin platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of bitwin or its licensed third-party providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any bitwin content without prior written consent.

Game content — including graphics, audio, animations, and software — remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and is used by bitwin under licence.
